Microsoft Access is used for the rapid development of custom data-based applications, especially for the creation of bespoke standalone database and prototype systems. Microsoft Access is useful for small projects.
NetBeans is an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) used by Sci~T for the development of Java J2SE components and Swing GUIs.
